The Los Angeles Rams‘ 2022 season was not a good one, and we have our sights set on next year. Below is your full Rams 2023 schedule.

It appears that the Rams’ brain trust has a focus on 2024, trading away Jalen Ramsey and not bringing back several other key veterans. Still, the team should be more competitive next season.

With the NFL’s new 17-game season, a majority of the Rams 2023 opponents are already in place. They will, of course, play each of their fellow NFC West teams twice, once at home and once on the road. That means two games against the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, and San Francisco 49ers, like usual.

Here is what the Rams’ 2023-2024 schedule will look like. Dates, times, and locations are TBD.

LA Rams 2023 schedule breakdown

The NFC West is also scheduled to play the entire NFC East and AFC North divisions. The rest of their games will be determined by what place the Rams come in this season.

There are a lot of potential interesting matchups for the Rams, including a Super Bowl rematch with the Bengals in Cincinnati, a home game against the Philadelphia Eagles and a trip to Jerry’s World to take on the Dallas Cowboys.

Thanks to an underwhelming season, at first glance, the 2023 schedule does not appear to be nearly as daunting as the 2022 version. Still, it is also not a cupcake slate by any means.

Rams 2023 offseason moves

It appears as though the Rams are retooling in an effort to compete in 2024. At first glance, 2023 will be a bridge year.

Los Angeles traded Jalen Ramsey to the Miami Dolphins, and they released Bobby Wagner and Leonard Floyd. They have not made any splash free-agent signings to date, and they will have over $50 million in dead money for this year.

With that said, the core of Sean McVay, Aaron Donald, and Cooper Kupp is still in place. While they may not be Super Bowl contenders in 2023, they should still be competitive.
